Streamside Guiding
Our
guiding service is designed to assist people to come to terms
with the local conditions and to make the most of their valuable
spare time. Large rivers like the Goulburn can be difficult
to understand, especially when your own time to devote to learning it may be limited.
Similarly small 'Blue Ribbon'waters
like the Rubicon require a different set of skills. A guide
will unlock the mysteries of our local waterways. 
Good
companionship and camaraderie make a guided day's fishing even
more enjoyable. Our guides have not only a wealth of fishing/guiding experience, but are all extremely easy going and personable. They will ensure that you get the most from your day out.
Our guides have access to restricted areas that would be unavailable
to the casual visitor.
This is due to a lifetime of living and working in the local area. Having access to the vast majority of properties in the region allows GVFFC guides to drive straight into the best fishing. This combined with our guides vast knowledge of local conditions, enable us to put you
in the right place at the right time.
Up
to the minute information enables us to ensure that you obtain
the very best of the fishing available. Transport to out of
the way locations by 4WD provide the pick of the fishing opportunities.
With a full days guiding, lunch and light refreshments
are provided, as are all flies and expendable items like tippets
etc. All equipment supplied if necessary
